Lakewood Hot Yoga classes are designed for 60, 75 and 90 minute classes. You will leave feeling refreshed and renewed after your journey, truly rewarding yourself. Every class offered, is for all levels of practice and experience. LHY teachers are genuinely passionate and compassionate, with knowledge and experience. Vinyasa is a moving meditation which helps and restores harmony to the mind, body and spirit in a practice designed to guide you through many depths and layers of the human experience through conscious movements, thinking and breathing.


Hot 26

This is a class inspired by Bikram/Ghosh Yoga lineage, a challenging series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. This series is a foundational platform built to strengthen every system in the body in order to prevent illness and injury.



This class is designed by our teachers to form positive movement, with positive intention and purpose. This is a blend of styles, mixed between Hot 26 and Vinyasa. You will be familiar with traditional postures and have a chance to explore and trust yourself.



Yin is a quiet and rejuvenating journey, helping you move into the connective tissues and fascia of your body. Poses will offer lots of stretching, lengthening, flexibility, stability and strength. This class is prop friendly, as they are your tools to relax and feel a different level of yourself.



This class uses ballet inspired movements mixed with elements of Yoga and Pilates for a great cardio workout that also strengthens and tones the body. Exercise your way to a healthy body and mind and be ready to have fun in this energetic class.
