This is a class inspired by Bikram/Ghosh Yoga lineage, a challenging series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. This series is a foundational platform built to strengthen every system in the body in order to prevent illness and injury.
Hot 26 promotes health mentally and physically by limiting the effects of aging in the body and mind. Also, each posture stretches, strengthens, and prepares specific muscles, ligaments, and joints needed for the next posture. Every posture compliments the next. Hot 26 also stimulates the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to all parts of the body and refurbishing all systems to optimal health.
The series of postures also improves focus/concentration, overall patience, determination and self-control to increase mental clarity and reduce stress/anxiety/ fear/depression. This class is available for all ages and levels of practitioners. Hot 26 is an excellent way to detach, unplug, let go and take a time out from our everyday habits and patterns/routines. This class is 60/90 minutes, 100-105 degrees and 40% humidity.
